Outrigger paddling team building events are an exciting way to motivate and build camaraderie amongst staff from all areas of an organization. Outrigger paddling is extremely effective in helping participants learn the key elements of a successful team and to promote team thinking. (Did we mention its also a lot of fun?)
Team work is extremely important in outrigger padding as all six paddlers in the canoe must work together in order to make the canoe run fast and efficiently.
All of our sessions include dry-land instruction, on-water coaching and a race experience. We offer a variety of packages based on the type of event you are looking for.
